Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Delthoros LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("Delthoros," "we," "us"), governing your use of the RV Tech Suite application and website at rvtechsuite.app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.What the Service is
RV Tech Suite is a subscription reference library for recreational-vehicle (RV) diagnostics and service: diagnostic flowcharts, error-code references, procedures, wiring schematics, measurement specifications, known-issue notes, technical service bulletin and recall summaries, and related tools. The Service installs as a progressive web application and caches content on your device for offline use.
2.Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a business (for example under a Shop, Dealership, or Enterprise plan), you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes the business.
3.Accounts and seats
3.1 One account per person. Each account (each "seat") is for one named individual. Your login credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, pooled, rotated among co-workers, or used concurrently by more than one person.
3.2 Multi-seat plans. Shop, Dealership, and Enterprise plans include a stated number of seats. Each seat must be assigned to a specific individual technician or staff member. Reassigning a seat when an employee leaves is fine; simultaneous use of one seat by multiple people is not.
3.3 Enforcement. Credential sharing defeats the per-seat pricing every other customer pays. We may monitor for signs of shared or concurrent account use (for example, simultaneous sessions from distant locations) and may require re-authentication, limit active sessions or devices, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section. Where practical, we will warn before terminating.
3.4 Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@rvtechsuite.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
4.Subscriptions, trials, and billing
4.1 Plans. Current plans and pricing are shown on the Service (for example: Individual, Shop, Dealership, and Enterprise). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
4.2 Free trial. New Individual subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A payment method may be required to start the trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing begins automatically. One trial per person or business.
4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@rvtechsuite.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your access (including offline access) ends when the paid period ends.
4.4 Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not prorate partial months. You can cancel any month (§4.3) and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
4.5 Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice (by email or in the Service). Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period.
4.6 Payment processing. Payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe, via Clerk billing). We do not store your full card number.
5.Professional use — read this section carefully
5.1 A reference aid, not a substitute for competence. The Service is intended for use by, or under the supervision of, trained RV service technicians. It is a reference aid. It is not a substitute for professional training, for the manufacturer's current service literature, for applicable codes and regulations (including electrical and propane/LP-gas codes), or for your own professional judgment about the specific unit in front of you.
5.2 RV service is dangerous. RV systems involve 120/240 V AC and high-current DC electricity, propane, flammable refrigerants, pressurized systems, heavy moving components, and other hazards that can cause property damage, serious injury, or death. You are solely responsible for working safely, for verifying that a procedure or specification is appropriate for the exact make, model, and serial range you are servicing, and for complying with all applicable laws, codes, and manufacturer requirements.
5.3 How our content is verified — and what that means. We label content by how it was verified (for example "factory-verified," "scan-verified," "manufacturer-published," or "tech-attributed"). These labels describe our editorial process in good faith; they are not a warranty that any value is correct for your specific unit, model year, or firmware revision. Manufacturers change specifications, issue revisions, and supersede parts. When the Service and the manufacturer's current literature disagree, follow the manufacturer.
5.4 No professional relationship. Use of the Service does not create any consulting, inspection, or professional-services relationship between you and Delthoros.
6.Your license to the content
6.1 License. While your subscription is active and you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own (or your business's) internal RV service work.
6.2 What you may not do. You may not: (a) copy, scrape, extract, or download the library or any substantial part of it; (b) republish, resell, sublicense, or distribute the content, including schematics, flows, or procedures, whether free or paid; (c) use the content to build or train a competing product or dataset; (d) remove provenance labels, attributions, or notices; (e) reverse engineer the Service except where the law forbids that restriction; or (f) share access as described in §3.
6.3 Offline cache. The Service stores content on your device so it works offline. That cached copy is part of the licensed Service, not a purchased copy; the license to use it ends when your subscription ends.
6.4 Your service logs. Notes, logs, and reports you create in the Service on your device are yours.
7.Intellectual property; manufacturer names
The Service, its original content, design, and compilation are owned by Delthoros LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Manufacturer and product names that appear in the Service (for example Dometic, Lippert, Furrion, Suburban, Truma, Onan, Victron, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify the equipment the content is about. Delthoros LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any RV or component manufacturer, and our content summaries are our own editorial work referencing manufacturer documentation.
8.Feedback and content reports
If you report an error or suggest content (which we encourage — accuracy is the product), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation. If you send us information you don't have the right to share, don't.
9.Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTHOROS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITED TO ANY PARTICULAR UNIT OR REPAIR. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
10.Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) DELTHOROS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT; AND (b) DELTHOROS'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
11.Indemnification
If you are a business user, you will defend and indemnify Delthoros against third-party claims arising from your service work, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.
12.Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time (§4.3 covers billing). We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including §3 credential sharing and §6.2 content misuse), with notice where practical. Sections 5–11 and 13–14 survive termination.
13.Changes to the Service or Terms
The library grows and changes release over release; we may add, revise, or remove content and features. We may update these Terms; if a change is material we will give notice (email or in the Service) at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
14.Governing law; arbitration
14.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14.2 Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@rvtechsuite.app and give us 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues get fixed this way.
14.3 Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (or its Commercial Arbitration Rules for business-plan customers), rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in English, by videoconference where the rules allow, or otherwise in Ohio. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
14.4 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or for breach of §3 (credential sharing) or §6.2 (content misuse).
14.5 No class actions. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. Neither party may participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action against the other. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, then §14.3 does not apply to that dispute.
